DRIVING
From the M5, take the A361 at junction 27. This will lead you all the way to Ilfracombe. On entering Ilfracombe, follow the directions towards the Seafront. Keeping the sea to your left, drive along Wilder Road past the Landmark Theatre towards the Old Town and Quay. At the T junction where St James Place and Broad Street meet, turn right and follow Broad Street past the Ship and Pilot pub and into the no through road. Follow this for 100 metres until it flows left and becomes Quayfield Road.
Manor Cottage is at the far end of Quayfield Road on the right.
TRAIN
The nearest train station is Barnstaple, a branch line from Exeter. There is a regular direct bus service from Barnstaple and a taxi journey will take around 25 minutes.
Travelling from London Paddington, the journey to Tiverton Parkway will take approximately 2 hours thirty minutes. The taxi journey from Tiverton will take around an hour.
